The majority of men and women who do personal training with us are in fact over the age of 50.
And I so know full well, goals and needs change throughout your life.
When I ask men and women over 50 what their goals are, most of the time it really boils down to this: You want to improve and prolong the ability to do what you love.
Maybe this means staying strong and healthy for every day activities.
Maybe this means being able to keep up with your kids or grandkids.
Maybe it means being able to travel comfortably and without worry.
Whatever those things are, you need strength, mobility, and a body that works for you, to make it happen.
